Diversity & Inclusion in Construction, Real Estate and Facilities Management Firms
with Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson

Challenging the Status-Quo
A live, online Executive Roundtable
Thursday 20th May 4.30pm - 5.40pm BST
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is increasingly front and centre of the leadership agenda for Construction, Real Estate and Facilities Management firms. As an industry, traditionally dominated by men and non-minority groups, efforts have been made to change, but most CEOs believe there is still more work to be done.
Other than the obvious cultural and client facing benefits of hiring and promoting different kinds of people, there is abundant evidence that a diverse and inclusive workforce leads to better business outcomes.
According to a study by Deloitte, “organisations with inclusive cultures are twice as likely to meet or exceed financial targets and three times as likely to be high-performing.”
Salesforce invites you to join our exclusive interactive executive discussion, specifically for Construction, Real Estate and Facilities Management firms. Salesforce and industry equality leaders will share best practices on D&I, and as trusted partners, let's work together to drive a culture of change across the industry.
