We work in partnership with our clients to develop an initial brief. We then put together a detailed proposal of ideas including all elements required to deliver the event and last but not least, the all important budget!
From the initial brief through to the completion of the project, we will be on-hand to ensure that every stage runs smoothly and that the ultimate delivery exceeds expectations each and every time.
For a conference or seminar the ‘Full Service’ could include:
Design & despatch of invitations – electronically or hard copy
Audience generation activities
Delegate response management
Send delegate confirmations, joining instructions & perform confidence calls
Create registration lists and provide regular updates to client
Produce personalised name badges and create additional badges on the day if required
Manage Registration Desk on day
Source & manage relationship with venue
Build trusted relationship with Conference & Banqueting personnel
Confirm all details with the venue – eg. catering requirements, room layouts, AV, etc.
Primary point of contact with venue on the day
Source conference speakers
AV production & management
Produce signage & graphics
Create delegate packs & feedback forms
Manage venue, AV set-up & speaker rehearsals
Manage agenda timings & delegate logistics on the day
