Here are some of the events we have delivered for clients.

Senior Management Meeting & Entertainment

Our client runs half-yearly meetings for their senior management team including a main meeting, break-out sessions, a group activity and an overnight stay. For the most recent of these events, we used the fabulous Four Seasons in Hampshire and organised a fun and informative Wine Tasting Challenge.

Regional Seminar Series

This seminar series was run throughout the year at a variety of locations in London, the South East and the North. Each seminar was a half-day where we managed the entire event from invitation design and despatch through to managing the event on the day.

Corporate Hospitality Programmes

We designed a Summer hospitality programme for a client who wanted to have a number of very different hospitality events to offer their customers. The events had to appeal to a wide audience and be suitable for the customers to attend with their spouses. We designed a unique invitation and packaged each event to complete the experience.

Conference & Sponsor Exhibition

These series of half-day events included organising and designing an educational seminar series, managing multi-level event sponsorship and a partner exhibition. We created the entire event including managing all communications with the sponsors, created the event documentation and production of branding & signage.

Executive Dinners

We run regular Executive Dinners for our clients which are held in private dining rooms at very exclusive venues. For these we design and despatch the invitations, manage responses, work with the client to choose a menu, wines, etc and are there on the night to welcome guests. We also source and book dinner speakers and entertainment as required.

Party in Los Angeles

One of our regular clients was attending a large event in LA with some of their customers and wanted to host a unique hospitality event. We rented one of the most exclusive private houses in LA, designed tempting invitations and rented stretch ‘Hummers’ to transport them to the house for drinks reception with entertainment.

Kick Off in Barcelona

Kick-Off meetings can be inherently boring; but not if you take the entire company for a weekend in Barcelona which is just what we organised for one particular client! We put together a complete itinerary from the moment they left the office; managed the entire process throughout the weekend including all transportation, running a team building Treasure Hunt around the city, booking restaurants and negotiating VIP entrance into clubs. The staff motivation was amazing and the client certainly achieved their business objectives.

Business ‘Speed Meetings’

A somewhat unusual series of events for a major corporate client designed to promote networking at their educational events led to a growing line of business. Using an easy to use on-line system, Chill Out! can coordinate pre-booked and ad hoc delegate networking meetings at your events.

Sailing Regattas & On-the-Water Activities

As well as the usual sports based hospitality events, Chill Out! has extensive experience of arranging and managing on-the-water activities from single boat team sailing days through to major regatta events.
